Tends to be split into three sections. The core area tends to be south of the Westway (A40) off Ladbroke Grove and the “up and come” Westbourne Grove. These boutique style shops have fed handsomely off the boom in the City.

The area further north (North Kensington) has some particularly attractive streets like Cambridge Gardens and Chesterton Road where the houses and gardens are large and considerably more affordable.

To the east lies the borders of W11 and W2 postcodes and these locations like Dawson Place and Pembridge Square are heavily in demand. The further east towards Queensway and Bayswater interest in property comes predominantly from the Middle East.
