Unlike an estate agent, our job as a buyer's agent is to help you obtain your dream home at a realistic, un-inflated price. Stiff competition for sellers tempts many estate agents to exaggerate valuations. According to The Times, 'the current climate has seen disparities of as much as 40% between valuations where overvaluing is rife.' At Hanslips, we aim to buy at the very best price for our clients.
