Our fees

Hanslips charge an initial deposit of £1,000 for a purchase or a rental.

On a purchase, once contracts have been exchanged, we charge a % of the purchase price less the initial deposit. Please call for further details.

On a letting, we charge a fee equivalent to one month's rent less the initial deposit of £1,000 in full on completion.

In the unlikely event of the client deciding not to move, the initial £1,000 deposit cannot be refunded.

Please note that VAT is charged at the prevailing rate.
